CM Mr. Chouhan reviews preparations
Bhopal, September 3, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): Hindi Sammelan will be grand and dignified. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will inaugurate it at 10 am on September 10. All preparations are in last stage. Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan reviewed Sammelan’s preparations at Mantralaya here today. It is matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh to host the event. The Chief Minister reviewed preparations pertaining to protocol of guests, lodging, food and security.
He directed to pay special attention to cleanliness in Bhopal city and railway station and beautification of crossings. The meeting was informed that administrative officers will be attached with VIPs. Government buildings will be whitewashed and painted. Desks will be set up to assist and facilitate guests at railway station and airport. Arrangements for dais and sitting have been completed. Work to fix sing boards in Hindi will be completed soon. Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa, DGP Mr. Surendra Sinh, Vice President of Managing Committee Mr. Anil Madhav Dave, Principal Secretary Culture Mr. Manoj Shrivastava, Principal Secretary to CM Mr. S.K. Mishra, Commissioner Public Relations Mr. Anupam Rajan and other senior officers attended the meeting.
