CM at Panchayat Raj convention and felicitation function at Ratlam
Bhopal, September 3, 2015 (Abdul Ahad Farhan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that even lowest rank employees are as important as the Chief Minister. He said that any person doing his work honestly must be felicitated on a scale similar to the Chief Minister. Mr. Chouhan was addressing a Panchayat Raj convention and felicitation function at Ratlam today. Mr. Chouhan promised to look after employees’ future and they should work for development of the state. Facilities will be provided as per budget.
It should be goal of us all to ensure that Madhya Pradesh is established as an ideal state not only in the country, but also in the world. He administered oath to Panchayat workers not to leave any stone unturned for state’s development. The Chief Minister congratulated Collector for successful implementation of scheme to identify one person for one scheme under Saadhikar Yojana by Janpad and Panchayat level teams. Minister in-charge of the district Mr. Paras Jain, Panchayats & Rural development Minister Mr. Gopal Bhargava and MP Mr. Nand Kumar Singh Chouhan were also present.
Mr. Gopal Bhargava said that the government is committed to ensuring that all villages should have cent percent internal roads. Putting into practice concept of Smart Village depends on Panchayat level workers. Mr. Bhargava also called for construction of buildings of every Gram Panchayat, e-room, kitchen shades in schools and Anganwadi buildings. Mr. Nand Kumar Singh Chouhan informed about state government’s extension of benefits to Panchayat Secretaries, improvement in financial condition and economic empowerment of every Gram Panchayat.
