Over Rs. 62 crore development works to be undertaken
CM at swearing-in ceremony of Harda Nagar Palika president
Bhopal, September 4, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced to develop Harda as Mini Smart City. He also announced Rs. one crore for roads of Harda city, Rs. 56 crore for houses for the poor, Rs. 4 crore 50 lakh under Mukhyamantri Adhosanrachna Head and Rs. one crore 16 lakh for construction of toilet in every house. The Chief Minister was addressing swearing-in ceremony of newly elected President of Harda Nagar Palika Mrs. Sadhna Jain at Harda today. PWD Minister Mr. Sartaj Singh, Revenue Minister Mr. Rampal Singh, MP Mrs. Jyoti Dhurve and MLA Mr. Sanjay Shah were also present on the occasion.
The Chief Minister said that a team of flood control experts will be sent to Harda. He said that people are above all in democracy. Efforts should be made for maximum improvement in people’s living standards. He directed to extend benefits of beneficiary-oriented schemes to all eligible people. Former Minister Mr. Kamal Patel and Nagar Palika President Mrs. Jain also spoke on the occasion. Earlier, the Chief Minister inspected Shaheed Deep Singh Chouhan gallery and art gallery on the premises of Nagar Palika and paid tributes at Amar Shaheed Jyoti.
