CS meets common people

Directs departments to solve their problems

Bhopal, September 26, 2015 (Abdul Ahad Farhan):  Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa met common people from various districts at Mantralaya here today. He forwarded applications to concerning departments to dispose of them at the earliest. Bhopal resident Mrs. Darshana Devi informed that she has not been compassionate appointment following death of her husband 2 years ago. The CS directed Home Department to ensure action within a month. On the application of Mr. Om Prakashof Pipaliya Mandi in Mandsaur district, the CS directed Urban Development and Environment Department for necessary action. Mrs. Varsha of Damoh district is working in Education Department. His husband is posted in Tikamgarh district. She urged to post her husband in Damoh district. The CS directed Home Department for action in this case. Mr. Bhola Singh of Chhatarpur district was selected but not appointed as class IV employee in Veterinary Department. Department was directed to inform about factual position while citing reasons for unnecessary doubt on applicant’s eligibility.

Mrs. Radha Sharma of Vidisha district informed that her husband is working as ANM at Bhopal and urged for her own posting at Bhopal. Similarly, retired administrative officer of Health Directorate Mr. D.J.P. Nair urged for payment of withheld pension. The CS directed Principal Secretary Health to ensure action on humanitarian grounds in both the cases. Mr. Shivraj Tomar of Ashok Nagar district informed about non-payment of pension. This case was forwarded for disposal to Agriculture Department. Bhopal resident Mrs. Mona Billore informed about her removal from service in Vanya Sansthan without any reason.

CS Mr. de Sa directed Tribal Welfare Department for necessary action in this case. Bhopal resident Mr. Ram Badal complaint that possessors and encroachers of his ancestral house at Shahdol are intimidating him and urged for action against them. The CS directed Collector Shahdol over telephone for immediate action in the case. Mr. Manik Lal Patel informed that some persons have illegally occupied his ancestral land at village Nareni in Rewa district. The case was referred to Collector Rewa.

Mr. Hyder Ali of Bhopal informed that his cycle shop was removed by municipal corporation on the promise of giving alternative shop. Directives in this case were given to Commissioner, Bhopal Municipal Corporation. On the application of Mrs. Raj Bhatnagar for payment of her fixed deposit amount, the CS directed Cooperatives Department for necessary action. On the application of Mr. Vijay K. Tiwari of Bhopal, directives for necessary action were given to Housing Board.
