Minister Mr. Gaur inspects
Bhopal, November 22, 2015 (Abdul Ahad Farhan): Home and Jail Minister Mr. Babulal Gaur has directed to ensure better arrangements for necessary facilities at Ijtema venue at Intkheri near here today. He also directed to ply city transport buses, specially BCLL’s low floor buses from railway station, bus stand and other places upto Ijtema venue. Mr. Gaur inspected the venue and gave necessary instructions. Collector Mr. Nishant Warwade, Ijtema committee’s office-bearers Mr. Mohammad Mian, Mr. Atiq Ul Islam, Mr. Raja Mian, Mr. Iqbal Patel etc. were present on the occasion.
Mr. Gaur said that drinking water, toilet and other necessary facilities should be made available for 10 lakh devotees who will attend Ijtema in pandal being put up on 60 acre land. Traffic at Ijtema venue and roads leading to it should not be disrupted. Proper arrangements for parking should be made. Transport facilities to and from railway station and bus stand should be made available. The buses and Magic vehicles to which permits are being given upto Ijtema venue should display information that they will ply upto Ijtema venue.
Mr. Gaur urged office-bearers of Ijtema committee to issue appeal for world peace and brotherhood. DIG Mr. Sikarwar informed that teams of volunteers will assist police. As many as 14 police assistance centres have been set up where police personnel will remain present round the clock. Office-bearers of Ijtema committee informed that government departments and officers are extending maximum cooperation.
