PR Minister at 60th conference of IMA at Rewa
Bhopal, November 23, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan): Energy, Mineral Resources and Public Relations Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla has said that state government’s priorities including extension of better health services to people, establishment of hospitals in rural areas and expansion of health services. Mr. Shukla was addressing 60th conference of Indian Medical Association Madhya Pradesh at Rewa. Mr. Shukla said that cancer patients of Rewa will not have to go to other cities for treatment since cobalt unit has been started at Sanjay Gandhi Hospital, Rewa. MP Mr. Janardan Mishra said that IMA needs to play significant role in removing shortage of doctors in rural areas.
IMA’s National President Dr. S.K. Agrawal said that objective of the association is extending high level health services to people of the country. Association’s newly elected State President Dr. H.P. Singh of Rewa threw light on achievements of association’s annual conference. Energy and Public Relations Minister Mr. Shukla said that this Ashram established by Mr. Arvind Shukla is the best example of humanitarian service. Mayor Mrs. Mamta Gupta, Mr. Pradeep Singh Patna and Bahan Nirmala Ji also spoke on the occasion. Director Mr. Neeraj Shukla informed about activities of Ashram. Mr. M.M. Dwivedi, Mr. Naresh Dube, Mr. Aslam Khan, Mr. Rajesh Pandey, Mr. Satish Namdev and large number of local people were present on the occasion.
