ITI to be opened at Chandla in Chhatarpur

lead25.11.15Bhopal, November 25, 2015 (Muslim Saleem):   Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that farmers need not worry about crop loss since adequate drought relief is being given to them in the state. Relief worth Rs. 216 crore has been given to Chhatarpur district. The Chief Minister was addressing people at Sijai Dham Ashram in Lavkush Nagar tahasil in Chhindwara district today. He said that relief will be deposited in farmers’ bank accounts soon. He directed district administration officers to deposit drought relief in farmers; bank accounts within 15 days.

The Chief Minister said that drought affected farmers will be provided wheat, rice and salt at the rate of Re. one per kg. Loans will not be recovered from them. One year’s interest of loan will be borne by the state government. Assistance will also be given to affected farmers for marriages of their daughters. The Chief Minister said that the state government will give 33 percent reservation to women in police and Forest Department and 50 percent in Education Department. Therefore, people should promote their daughters. In the state, government is extending loans to youths to set up small and cottage industries.

The Chief Minister said that ITI will be opened at Chandla. He announced upgradation of government middle school of village Muderi to high school, construct one more Gaushala and veterinary dispensary at village Sijai. He said that a Maha Panchayat to solve problems of Adhyapaks will be held at Bhopal on December 5. The Chief Minister along with his wife and son participated in Pran Pratishtha programme of Lord Shiva at temple constructed recently by Parmanad Maharaj at Sijai Dham Ashram. He dedicated Samvid Gurukulam Vidyalaya established by Sadhvi Ritambhara. MLAs Mr. R.D. Prajapati, Mrs. Lalita Yadav, Zila Panchayat President Mr. Rajesh Prajapati and former Minister Mr. Ramkrishna Kusmaria were present on the occasion.
