rampal21.1.16Bhopal, January 21, 2016 (Abdul Ahad Farhan):   Revenue and Rehabilitation Minister Mr. Rampal Singh urged voluntary organisations for partnering in implementation of government’s welfare schemes at State-level Land Rights Convention of PACS at Samanvay Bhavan here today. Reality will come to fore on going closer to the poor. The last person in the last row must get benefit of government’s every scheme. The Minister said that under leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a number of schemes are being implemented for welfare of all sections of society. Land Reforms Commission has also been constituted. Year 2016 has been declared Poor People’s Welfare Year.

He urged to include name of every eligible person in BPL list. MPs, MLAs, senior government officers, collectors and field officers should solve problems of SCs, STs, OBCs and poor persons on the spot. The state government will extend every possible assistance for solving problems. Mr. Rampal Singh said that every person has got linked with banks under Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi’s Jan-Dhan Yojana and Bima Yojana. The government has given forest rights pattas to forest dwellers and the poor. Arrangements of education and medicines have been made for the poor. Marriages and Nikahs of their daughters are being solemnised at the expense of government.

The Minister said that every person should seek God’s blessings by extending help to others. Laws and rules can be changed when it comes to benefiting poor and weaker sections. PACS organization should hold programme once a year to bring forth problems of last person in the last row of society. The government will extend every possible assistance. At the conclusion, artistes from Betul district presented tribal dance. Representatives from 17 districts were present at the convention. Minister Mr. Singh announced Rs. 10 thousand reward for dance troupe. Dr. Sen proposed a vote of thanks.
