Bhopal, February 5, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): During weekly meeting, applicants met Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa and apprised him of their problems. Mr. Narayan Singh of village Kalyanpur (Jhabua) informed about encroachment on his land and urged for its removal. CS directed Jhabua Collector for necessary action in the case. Mrs. Gayatri Devi Rajput of Jabalpur informed through application that some persons have encroached upon land of school at Gautamganj in Garha. CS directed Collector Jabalpur to remove encroachment. Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari and Santosh Dangi informed that despite being on waiting list of paramedical exam for Assistant Veterinary Officer, they have not been included in selection process thereby depriving him of job. CS directed Principal Secretary Animal Husbandry for necessary action. Mr. K.L. Pohani of Satna informed that Central Government had rehabilitated displaced Sindhi families, but mutation of land allotted to them is not being done. CS directed Collector Satna for necessary action. Mr. Narendra Gupta of Sabalgarh (Morena) urged Chief Secretary for Dr. Ambedkar Post-matric Scholarship.
CS directed Principal Secretary Higher Education in this regard. Mr. Ram Singh Lodhi of Narsinghpur informed that his father, who was a lineman died during service due to electric shock. But, he has not been given compassionate appointment even after five years. In this case, CS directed Principal Secretary Energy to ensure action in 2 weeks and give intimation to him. Similarly, Mr. Pushpendra Kumar Shukla of Rewa also urged for compassionate appointment following death of his father during service in Madhya Pradesh Eastern Region Power Distribution Company. CS directed the company to dispose of the case as per rules within 2 weeks.
Career College, Bhopal’s student Mr. B.P. Goswami presented the issue of non-declaration of results of B. Ed. exam for year 2014-15 by Barkatullah University since the case is subjudice. CS directed Principal Secretary Higher Education to present factual position of the case. Similarly, CS directed Principal Secretary Technical Education to examine cases of seniority and promotion of Mrs. Jyotsna Tripathi and Mrs. Avshesha Gondane working in Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidayalaya.
