In-charge Minister Mr. Singh inspects zonal offices
Bhopal, March 16, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Arrival of saints and seers in Simhastha Mela area has begun. Transport Minister and in-charge of district Mr. Bhupendra Singh has directed to provide them facilities of power, water, milk and provisions immediately. Mr. Singh inspected Zone Offices in Mela area at Ujjain today. The Minister visited offices of Mahakal, Dutt Akhada, Kal Bhairav and Mangalnath Zones. He sought information about officers and employees deployed at Zonal Offices. He said that PHE and PWD’s executive engineers should be posted in Zonal Offices and assistant engineers and sub-engineers in Sector Office. The Minister directed for regular cleaning of entire Mela area. He sought information about barricading at Ghats.
The Minister said that there would be no compromise with security. Mr. Bhupendra Singh also enquired about doctors and paramedical staff posted in temporary hospitals set up in zones and sectors. He directed to render medical service 24-hours in 3 shifts of 8 hours each. He lauded works undertaken by Energy Department. He directed Revenue Inspectors and Patwaris to ascertain that possession of plots has been taken after allotment or not. As many as 1525 plots have been allotted in Mangalnath Zone. The Minister directed for supply drinking water to occupied plots for one hour in the morning and evening. The Minister also gave a patient hearing to saints and seers.
