Chief secretary solves people’s problems

Bhopal, March 19, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa met common people and solved their problems during weekly meeting at Mantralaya here today. CS directed concerning officers to dispose of applications pertaining to compassionate appointments, payment of salary, discrepancies in salaries, payment of GPF and other individual cases. CS directed for immediate action in cases of compassionate appointment of Mr. Sharad Barkade of village Rechnatola in Seoni district and Bhopal’s resident Mr. Bhupendra Batham. Mr. Sunil Kumar Pastariya of Badi in Raisen district informed Directorate of Public Instructions had ordered to issue appointment letter to him, but the District Education Officer is not giving appointment to him. CS directed ACS School Education for discussion on the case with facts.   Mr. Subhash Kumar Gid and 3 other employees of Special Investigation Team informed that they are not getting salary for last 3 months. CS directed ACS Home for disposing of the case within a week. Directives were also given for disposing of case of non-payment of salary to Mr. Dayaram Uikey posted as assistant grade-3 in Minorities Welfare Department within a week.  Mr. Ravindra Kumar Tomar of village Bamhri Khurd in Hoshangabad district informed that his father Mr. Raman Singh Tomar retired as upper division teacher on June 30, 2014. His GPF has not been paid. His father died in February, but still payment of his dues has not been made to the family.

Due to this, the family is facing financial crisis. CS directed ACS School Education and ACS Finance to dispose of the case within a week. He also directed to sanction pension to the family.  Directives were issued to dispose of service related cases of Mr. Narendra Kumar Tiwari of village Atri in Gwalior district, Mr. Nand Kumar Raikwar of Treasuries and Accounts Directorate and Mr. K.C. Verma of School Education Department.

Directives were given to examine case of payment to Mr. Shyam Mohan Tiwari of Bhopal’s Techno Consultant Private Limited pending with Rajya Shiksha Kendra and dispose it of within 2 weeks. Mr. Deepak Kumar Jatav, a student of All Saints Engineering College, Bhopal informed that the college administration has not given marksheet of B.E. to him due to which he cannot apply for jobs and take part in competitive exams. CS directed Principal Secretary Technical Education and Principal Secretary Scheduled Castes Welfare for necessary action.
