CM gives Pattas to 110 Bangli families

lead11.4.16Bhopal, April 11, 2016 (Muslim Saleem):   Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan distributed to rehabilitation Pattas to 110 Bangali families of Chopna area at district level Antyodaya Mela at Saliwada in Betul district today. He also announced to accord status of sub-tahasil to Chopna. The Chief Minister benefited 48 thousand 103 beneficiaries with benefits worth Rs. 76 crore 75 lakh under various schemes. He also inaugurated and laid foundation stones of 81 works costing Rs. 103 crore. The Chief Minister distributed forest rights Pattas to 43 beneficiaries. The Chief Minister said that in the schools of the area, Bengali language will be included as third language for the benefit of Bangali families’ children.

Bangali speaking youths of the area will be given appointment as guest faculties to teach Bangali language in area’s schools. He distributed housing Pattas to over 15 thousand families. He said that Pattas will be distributed to cent percent eligible beneficiaries soon. The Chief Minister said that Gram Sabhas will be held in every village during ‘Gram Uday Se Bharat Uday Abhiyan’ from April 14. He said that efforts would be made to empower women during the campaign by connecting them with employment. The Chief Minister said that incomplete roads in the district would be completed at the earliest. Work to give electricity connections to Kapil Dhara well would also be undertaken in phases.

Result-oriented efforts would be made to make available irrigation facilities by constructing small, medium and large dams. He also informed about 10 percent subsidy on loans to farmers. He said that Pattas will be given as per rules to people occupying land. No one will remain houseless by year 2022. Minister in-charge of the district Mr. Sartaj Singh, MP Mrs. Jyoti Dhurve, Zila Panchayat President Mrs. Mangal Singh Dhurve also spoke on the occasion.  Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation’s Chairman Mr. Tapan Bhowmik, Betul MLA Mr. Hemant Khandelwal, Multai MLA Mr. Chandrashekher Deskhmukh, Amla MLA Mr. Chaitram Manekar, Bhainsdehi MLA  Mr. Mahendra Singh Chouhan, other local public representatives and large number of beneficiaries were present on the occasion.
