Peshwai of Sri Shambhu Panchayati Akhada taken out

Minister in-charge of Ujjain Mr. Bhupendra Singh participates

Bhopal, April 20, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):  Grand Peshwai of Sri Panchayati Atal Akhada Dashnam Baba Sanyasi Ramta Panch was taken out from Neelganga Padao at Ujjain today. Before commencement of Peshwai, Minister in-charge of Ujjain district Mr. Bhupendra Singh garlanded Sri Mahant Atal Peethadhishwar Swami Sukhdevanand Ji, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Maheshwaranand and sought their blessings. Tarana MLA Mr. Anil Firojiya also greeted Mahants. Naga hermits and foreigner disciples of Mahamandaleshwar Swami Maheshwaranand were centre of attraction during Peshwai. Peshwai was taken out from Neelganga, passed through Freeganj, Chamunda Mata, Dewas Gate, Malipura, Daulatganj, Kanthal, Sati Gate, Gopal Mandir, Gudri Chauraha and Kartik Chowk before entering Chhaoni. Mahant Swami Premanand Ji, Swami Rudrapuri Ji, Swami Anilpuri Ji, Sri Mahant Udaygiri Ji, Swami Mohanpuri Ji and Girijanandpuri Ji participated in Peshwai.

Devotees of Ujjain and outside were overwhelmed on witnessing unique display of religion, spirituality and ancient traditions during Peshwai of Sri Panchayat Nirmal Akhada. Peshwai was taken out from Freeganj Gurudwara building after paying obeisance to Guru Granth Saheb and distribution of Prasadi. Peshwai was led by chariot-borne Nirmal Peethadhishwar Sri Mahant Gyandev Singh Ji Maharaj. Followed by Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Sachchinanand Hari Sakshi Maharaj, Baba Kashmir Singh Dhuniwale, Amritsar, Thakur Dilip Singh, Ludhiana, Swami Bhaktanand Namdhari, Sant Mr. Teja Singh,. Sant Bhagwan Bhajan Singh, Jalandhar, Sant Baba Tirth Singhj Tuliya Wale, Mr. Guru Charan Singh, Sant Makkhan Singh, Hoshiyarpur and Swami Bhaktanand Giri Ji riding chariots and blessing devotees.

In-charge of Ujjain district Mr. Bhupendra Singh and MLA Dr. Mohan Yadav attended Peshwai at Freeganj, garlands saints and sought their blessings. Peshwai from Freeganj Gurudwara passed through Madhav Nagar, Shaheed Park, Tower, Chamunda Mata Chauraha, Dewas Gate, Malipura, Daulatganj Kanthal, Sati Gate, Chhatri Chowk, Gopal Mandir, Dani Gate, Dutt Akhada and culminated at Akhada’s Chhaoni on Badnagar road. Chariots and workers of Rashtriya Kalchuri Gram also comprised Peshwai. White horses dancing to the tunes of religious songs in the forefront of Peshwai were centre of devotee’s attraction. They were followed by saints in rows. They were followed by 12 raths, music band and devotees.
