Seeks blessings of saints during one-day visit to Ujjain
Bhopal, May 21, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached Ujjain on a one-day visit today. At a public feast at Datar Akhara’s old padao sthal, the Chief Minister served food to saints and seers. He said that Acharya Peeth would be set up at Datar Akhara’s old padao sthal after discussions with saints and seers. If any decision has already been taken, it would be implemented. In-charge Minister Mr. Bhupendra Singh, Akhara Parishad’s General Secretary Mr. Hari Giriji Maharaj, Golden Baba and other saints and seers were present on the occasion. Before serving food to saints and seers, the Chief Minister went round Padao Sthal. He performed worship and Abhishek at Puratan Mahadev Mandir. Later, the Chief Minister sought blessings of saints and seers and held discussions with them over Simhastha. Mr. Chouhan sought blessings of Mr. Raghunandan Thakur and held discussions with him over Simhastha. Mr. Thakur said that all Simhastha arrangements are superb. Extension of such services to saints and seers is laudable.
