PR Minister Mr. Shukla at Sapre museum national investiture ceremony
Bhopal, June 20, 2016 (Abdul Ahad Farhan): These days, journalism is going through a period of transition. Both journalism and politics are the pillars of democracy. Both must discharge their responsibilities both for welfare of society. Public Relations and Mineral Resources Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla was speaking at Ratanalal Joshi birth centenary memorial function and national investiture ceremony of Madhavrao Sapre Museum here today. Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla said that both journalism and politics are major pillars of democracy. Therefore, it is the responsibility of both to work together in the interest of society. conflicts of our egos and interests will ultimately harm society and democracy itself. Describing Sapre Museum as intellectual heritage of the state, he said that the organization has brought glory to the state. Presiding over the function, senior journalist Mr. Mahesh Shrivastava said that character of journalism must be saved if it has to be recognized in society. MP Mr. Alok Sanjar said that politics and journalism can create a positive environment in society. senior journalists Mr. Anand Pandey and Mr. Kapil Tiwari also spoke on the occasion.
At Madhavrao Sapre Museum’s 33rd Foundation Day function, Nai Dunia newspaper’s group editor Mr. Anand Pandey and propounder of Indic knowledge tradition Dr. Kapil Tiwari were conferred Mahesh Srajan Samman. On behalf of the museum, Mr. Mahesh Shrivastava was felicitated on his appointment as National Integration Council President, Mr. Tahir Ali for outstanding contribution in the field of public relations and senior author Dr. Devendra Deepak was felicitated for being conferred Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi award. Founder Coordinator of the museum Padmashri Mr. Vijaydutt Sridhar threw light on the museum’s activities.
