Revenue Minister Mr. Gupta reviewed departmental schemes
Bhopal, August 4, 2016 (Abdul Ahad Farhan): Revenue, Science and Technology Minister said that consideration be made to upgrade divisional or state cadre of patwaris because of rising number of their applications for transfer from district. Mr. Gupta was reviewing departmental schemes in Principal Revenue Commissioner Office. Mr. Gupta said that patwaris should not continue in a ‘halka’ for more than three years. Patwaris posting be made in same ratio in all tehsils and certificates be taken from districts collectors to ensure that there is no attachment of patwari or revenue inspectors at tehsil or block level. E-service book be made with computerised record of personal information of all employees-officers. Revenue Minister said female patwaris, who get married after joining the job, can apply for transfer at their husband’s posting place in seven days. They will be treated junior at new district. Mr. Gupta said new posting and transfer orders be followed strictly and recruitments be carried out on vacant posts.
Employees deputed at centres for providing online Khasra, B-1 copy be present there. Revenue Minister said tehsildar should get immediate online information about registration of land and they should transfer the name on getting information. Principal Secretary, Revenue Mr. KK Singh, secretary Mr. GP Shrivastava, principal revenue commissioner Mr. KK Khare and commissioner land record, Mr. Suhel Ali were present in the meeting.
