Bhopal, August 7, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): The Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan asked the officials to function like dedicated public servant and dispose of cases of beneficiary oriented schemes until beneficiaries start getting benefits. He was addressing a meeting of district level officers at circuit house at Anuppur today. Minister In charge of the district Mr. Om Prakash Dhurvei, Minister for Scheduled Tribe Welfare Mr. Gyan Singh were present. The Chief Minister gave instructions to give land ownership titles to the eligible beneficiaries, and declare forest villages as revenue villages. He asked the officers to form cluster of at least 20 Panchayats and organize grievances redressal camps. He asked them to maintain transparency at all levels. He said that the youth seeking bank loans under Chief Minister’s Yuva Udyami Yojana should be assisted so that they could start employment. In case of laxity, ensure strict action against the responsible authorities. The Chief Minister also asked the police officials to seek public help in controlling crime. He said that there should be a good rapport between public and police. Referring to increased relief of Rs. 4 lakh in cases crop loss by the wild animals he said in such cases full relief amount should be distributed without delay. He said that those living in national park areas should be treated with utter sensitivity as they have major role to play in forest conservation.
Addressing a gathering at Naurojabad in Karkeli block, Mr. Chouhan dedicated to people 16 development works worth Rs. 27.23 crore and laid foundation of 69 works valuing at Rs. 133.56 crore. Mr. Chouhan reiterated his commitment to ensure housing, food security and economic prosperity to the poor. He said that 22 thousand 841 land ownership titles have been distributed in Bandhavgarh assembly constituency. The Chief Minister announced a number of development works in Naurojabad including construction of 250 houses, opening of college, community hospital and construction of park.
