“If UP police can search Azam Khan’s buffalo, it can also search my missing doggie”

AGRA: After successfull recovery of seven buffaloes of UP cabinet minister Azam Khan in less than five days, the UP Police now has another important task. They have to trace the missing dog of former minister of state (human resource development) Ramshankar Katheria.

kuttaThe one and half year-old black Labrador, whose name is Kallu, has been missing since Tuesday morning. After failing to find the missing dog, the minister’s wife — Mridula Katheria — visited SP (city) Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan in Hariparvat area and handed over a written complaint in the regard.

According to Mridula, “On Tuesday morning at around 6.15am our dog Kallu went missing. We don’t know whether he was abducted or he went away. Our entire family searched for him in the nearby areas for three days, but no clue about his whereabouts were found.”

“After the incident, my other dog Bhura has stopped eating which has made him weak. If UP government can send top cops to recover seven buffaloes of UP cabinet minister Azam Khan, then I believe, the police can at least search my dog whereabouts,” she added.

Speaking to TOI, Chandrabhan said, “We will investigate the matter and then file an FIR.” Clarifying whether any special team will be formed to find the dog like the way it does done in Azam khan’s buffaloes search,he said, “No such team will be required or formed.”
