Special training to be imparted to dentists

500 posts to be created for primary-community health centres

Bhopal, September 7, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed launching a drive to recruit dentists for removing shortage of doctors in government hospitals. The dentists will be posted after a special training imparted to them in primary and community health centres where doctors are not available. Five hundred posts will be created for this. Mr. Chouhan asked officials to prepare road-map for separate cadre of dental surgeon and removing shortage of doctors. Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan issued these instructions in review meeting of public health and family welfare department on Sunday. Chief Secretary Mr. Antony de Sa, principal secretary public health and family welfare Mrs. Gauri Singh, principal secretary urban administration and environment Mr. Malay Shrivastava, principal secretary to chief minister Mr. Ashok Vernawal, Commissioner public health and family welfare Mrs. Pallavi Jain, Secretary Mrs. Suraj Damor, Mission director National Health Mission Mr. V Kiran Gopal, director Dr K.L. Sahu, Dr. B N Chouhan and Dr. K.K. Thassu were present in the meeting.
