Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan reaches villages of Umaria district
Bhopal, September 19, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan instructed to provide water door-to-door on the demand of Chandpur villagers in Umaria district. Mr. Chouhan was visiting villages of Umaria district under Jan Darshan on Saturday. Minister for Labour Mr. Omprakash Dhruve, Minister for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Mr. Gyan Singh were with him. The Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan reached gram panchayat Chandpur, Kodia, Madwa, Majhgaon, Chandia, Pali, Bharola and Loda in Umaria district as part of Jan Darshan programme and talked with people. He redressed their problems. Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said, public is my life and to remove their problems is his main responsibility. There can be no worship greater than worshiping people. The Chief Minister said that to make people happy is paramount for him. The chief minister said, land ownership patta had been allotted to 151 people living on the land for years in Chandpur gram panchayat. The government will provide financial assistance of Rs 1.20 lakh to patta holders for construction of houses.
The chief minister said that 8 lakh houses will be constructed for poor and weaker sections in rural areas in next two years. Financial help will be provided to 5 lakh people in urban area for construction of their houses. The Chief Minister announced the construction of Rapta and CC Road in Chandpur. During visit to gram panchayat Kodia, Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said that 130 peoples were given land right letter in gram panchayat Madwa. Whereas, in gram panchayat Kodia, 480 peoples were given land right patta.
