Form of Samadhan online to be changed every month

11 years of development-special campaign from November 29

cmsama9-11-16Bhopal, November 9, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):  Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan redressed the grievances of the applicants during the Samadhan Online here today. Mr. Chouhan gave directives for suspension of 6 officers-employees on account of derelictions towards duties. Three officers of public works department, one sub divisional officer (Revenue) and two clerks are included in this. Cm Mr. Chouhan said that Samadhan online will be held in different forms each month. Beside deliberations on applications, review on specific topics will be made one hour before the beginning of the programme. Special campaign focusing 11 years of development will be conducted from November 29. Various activities related to development, good governance, security and public welfare will be conducted under the one month long special campaign. CM Mr. Chouhan reiterated that the special campaign focusing 11 years of development will be conducted from November 29. Under the campaign, Poor Welfare Agenda, beneficiaries awareness and training programme will be organized on December 4.

The beneficiaries of poor welfare schemes will be benefited on this occasion. Moreover, under the campaign programmes will be organized at all the divisions and districts to provide benefits to the beneficiaries. Foundation Stones will be laid and dedication of development works will take place. The Chief Minister himself will take part in the programmes at division level and will conduct surprise inspections.  Moreover, Mr. Chouhan directed to accelerate and complete development works within stipulated time. Important projects should be completed within time. All the 34 cities of the state coming under the Amrut Yojana should be made free of open defecation till December 31. For this, active campaign should be carried out with cooperation of public representatives and all the sections of the society. Further, the other 278 cities of the state will also be made free of open defecation till March 31, 2017.

Conduct campaign in cities to provide benefits of public welfare schemes from November 10 to November 30. Camps should be organized during the campaign to provide benefits to the beneficiaries. CM Mr. Chouhan further mentioned that Nagroday Abhiyan will be conducted in all the districts from December 25, 2016 to January 26, 2017. Under this, problems of urban areas will be resolved and benefits of schemes will be provided to the beneficiaries. Moreover, he stated that cities of the state should perform well in the Swachchta Survey 2017. Several programmes related to sanitation in cities will be conducted from November 15.

  Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that scheme is being prepared to provide E-Rickshaws in place of Human Driven Cycle Rickshaws. Survey should be conduct in all the districts. Campaign as regard to changes in maps should be completed by March 31. Days should be fixed for Collectors, Additional Collectors and Revenue Officers to sit in the courts. Collectors should not hold any meeting on these days. Activity regarding Adhaar seeding to implement direct benefit transfer in the welfare oriented schemes should be completed till December 31. Moreover, formation of vigilance committees for fair price shops should be completed by November 30.
