Bhopal, November 25, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Secretary Mr. Basant Pratap Singh issued instructions for necessary action on public grievances with setting deadline for redressal during his meeting with common people today at Mantralaya. Resident of Bhopal, Mr. Ved Prakash Shrivastava informed about non-acceptance of his loan application by bank under entrepreneur scheme. Mr. Singh asked principal secretary, micro, small and medium industries department to apprise of the facts in a week in the case. Another resident of Bhopal, Mr. Suresh Patel urged for high level inquiry into murder of his son Narendra Patel. Chief Secretary issued instruction to put factual report within a week to additional chief secretary, home. Retired principal of Shujalpur, Mr. Laxman Singh Rathore informed about his pending pension case and not being issued PPO after retirement in the year 2012. The Chief Secretary asked secretary, school education to redress the case within a week. During the meeting with common people, Vimal Jain of Paras Aquatake, Bhopal apprised of pending payment in Municipal Corporation, Gwalior. The Chief Secretary instructed principal secretary, urban development and housing to take necessary action in the case.
