Mr. Shukla performs Bhoomi Poojan of electricity sub stations worth Rs. 100 crore
Bhopal, November 25, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Minister for Industries Mr. Rajendra Shukla said that any work completed within the stipulated time is a work in the welfare of the country. This paves way for the development. Hence, before the foundation stone laying of the Ultra Mega Solar Power Project, electricity sub stations will be constructed. This will help converting solar power and supply to the important places through power grid. Mr. Shukla was performing the bhoomi poojan of three pooling electricity sub stations to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 100 Crore at Ultra Mega Solar Power Project site, Gudh-Rewa. Mr. Shukla unveiled the foundation stone at Barsaitadesh, Badwar and Ramnagar of Gudh and planted mango saplings at the site. Minister Mr. Shukla said that people of the world are now talking that the biggest solar power project of the world is being set up at Rewa. He hoped that the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will lay foundation stone of the project in the month of January after completion of tender process. Moreover, Mr. Shukla said that there was lot of scope for development in the Vindhya region.
The Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan perceiving the need for utilization of the scope and arranged amount for that which resulted in Vindya region developement in every sector now. Four lane road network is being spread in all the directions from Rewa. Big Industries are being established; moreover efforts also will be made to establish industries at Gudh area shortly. He informed that the direct road will be constructed through tunnel from Gudh to Sidhi. Also, Badwar to Sitapur road will be constructed under M.D.R. Mr. Shukla further informed that action is being initiated at the government level to construct roads inside the towns after construction of four lane road.
President of the programme Mr. Vidhya Prakash Shrivastava said that credit for development works in Vindhya region goes to Minister Mr. Shukla. He expressed the hope that the establishment of solar power plant will ensure employment to the people of the region. It may be mentioned that 33/220 kv. Sub-centers will be constructed at 15 hectare land of three units of pooling sub-centers. Linking these units to 33 k.v. lines and through double circuit lines of 200 k.v. will be joined with 220/400 k.v. sub-center of power grid. Minister Mr. Shukla also inspected the under construction sub-center of the power grid.
