Spirit of service must in nursing profession

PR Minister Dr. Mishra at nursing students’ oath-taking ceremony in Datia

Bhopal, March 28, 2017 (Ataullah Faizan):  Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Works Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra took part in the lamp-lighting and oath-taking ceremony of first year nursing students of Government Nursing College at Datia today. Fifty-three nursing students were administered oath on the occasion. Public Relations Minister Dr. Mishra said that nursing profession is connected with service and the spirit of service holds more importance in this profession. More important than how happy we are, is the fact that how happy others are with our work. Mr. Vikram Singh Bundela, District Panchayat President Mrs. Rajni Prajapati and Municipal Chairman Mr. Subhash Agarwal were present on the occasion. A camp sponsored by Global Specialty Hospital Gwalior was held at Red Cross Bhavan in Datia for spinal bone diseases’ consultation and free bone transplantation. Public Relations Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra inaugurated the camp by garlanding the portraits of Bharat Mata and Mata Saraswati. Public Relations Dr. Mishra said that the government is committed to provide good health services to the common man and such camps are being organized with this purpose. Those people who are unable to get treatment outside due to financial crisis can benefit from these camps and get free treatment. The Red Cross Society and Bharat Vikas Parishad supported the camp also. Out of the 290 patients who were examined at the camp, patients were selected for conducting free-of-cost operations. Bone Transplantation Surgeon Dr. Vikas Sanvala and Spine Surgeon Dr. Abhishek Manu gave information regarding various bone diseases.
