School students practice Yoga at CM House
Bhopal, June 22, 2017 (Muslim Saleem): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan urged students to study hard. He mentioned that yoga is must for good education. Mr. Chouhan was addressing the school students at CM House today. Students of various schools of Bairagarh area practiced yoga with CM Mr. Chouhan. Mr. Chouhan said that human beings possess immense power and most of the people use small part of these powers. He stated that yogic activities like yoga, pranayam and meditation etc. work to identify and manifesting internal power of human beings. Mr. Chouhan told the students to study hard, nothing will hinder their higher education. An effective scheme has been launched by the state government to remove these obstacles. Assistance will be provided to children of poor, low income and middle income group families for higher education without any discrimination under the scheme.
Moreover, under the Medhavi Chhatra Yojana, fee of students getting admissions in prestigious educational institutions will be borne by the state government provided their family income is less Rs. 6 lakh per annum. Mr. Chouhan told the students to stay away from intoxication to gain success and positivity in life, practice yoga daily and study hard, he added. Vote of thanks was proposed by Divisional Joint Director Education Mr. D.S. Kushwaha. National Song was recited in the beginning of the programme. Students and teachers in large number practiced yoga on the occasion.
