State has potential to become logistic hub

CM Mr. Chouhan called on by Chinese delegation

lead30.6.17Bhopal, June 30, 2017 (Muslim Saleem):  A Chinese delegation met the Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan at CM House today. Director General Guangxi Development and Reform Commission Mr. Fangfang Huang and Principal Secretary Commerce and Industry Mr. Mohammad Suleman were present on the occasion. CM Mr. Chouhan said that one Tax system will be implemented in the country from July 1. The new system has paved the strong way for making Madhya Pradesh a potential logistic hub. Better opportunities for investment and trade will emerge in the state. In this context, he told the delegation for exploring investment opporutnities. Mr. Chouhan further mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is the ideal destination for investment. State has investment freindly atmosphere and policies. He assured the delegation that full cooperation will be provided to them for obtaining neccessary information. The state governmnet has always helped out investors and will keep on cooperating in future too, he added. Mr. Chouhan feted the delegation and said that he is pleased to welcome the delgation in the state, invited by him during his visit to China. Further, he expressed the hope that this visit will expand mutual trade possibilities between two great ancient nations. It will bring closeness between both the countries.

Mr. Chouhan stated that the state government has provided full cooperation to the Chinese Company Liugong Machinery Company Ltd. located at Pithampur. Same cooperation will be provided to new investors.  It was informed by the delegation that employment at the local level has been provided by the industrial unit established in the state. Products are being supplied to the Indian market and are being exported to other countries.

Kiran Gopal was present on the occasion.
