Tatya Tope School at old jail premises to be renovated

Revenue Minister and mayor perform bhoomi-pujan

Bhopal, July 6, 2017 (Ataullah Faizan):  The Government Tatya Tope Middle School situated in Old Jail Premises would be renovated and its roof would be made concrete. For this the Mayor has approved Rs 15 lakh. Revenue, Science and Technology Minister Mr. Umashankar Gupta and Mayor Mr. Alok Sharma performed bhoomi-pujan for renovation works. Revenue Minister Mr. Gupta said that children should study hard because in today’s competition, 60 per cent will not do. He told the teachers that they should provide better education to students. Mr. Gupta gave information about the public welfare schemes. The Mayor said that three computers will be given apart from construction of 5 additional rooms in the school. C.C Road will also be constructed near the school. He said that T.T. Nagar should be called and written as Tatya Tope Nagar. Local public representatives were present during the programme.
