Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah dedicates Sanskrit Sansthan’s website
Bhopal, July 27, 2017 (Abdul Ahad Farhan): Minister for School Education Kunwar Vijay Shah said that effective efforts will be made constantly by the state government for promotion of Sanskrit language in the state. Also efforts will be made continuously to generate employment opportunities through Sanskrit language. Kunwar Shah was dedicating the website of Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan at Bhopal today. Commissioner- Directorate of Public Instructions Mr. Neeraj Dubey was also present in the programme. Kunwar Shah mentioned that a new building of Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan at a cost of Rs. 8 crore 38 lakh will be constructed in Bhopal housing hostel for girls and auditorium. He further stated that the website will provide information about the activities and efforts being undertaken in the field of Sanskrit conveniently to the common men. Kunwar Shah informed that over 300 workshops have already been conducted in the entire state for preparing Sanskrit text books. Five model Sanskrit schools in Sironj, Datia, Ujjain, Burhanpur and Barhi of Katni district are functional.
Kunwar Shah further mentioned that incentive amount has been paid first time in the state to the students who have secured top 10 positions in the merit list of Poorva Madhyama class 10 and Uttar Madhyama class 12th board examination of Sansthan. Furthermore, Kunwar Shah informed that an amount of Rs. 50 lakh to each selected schools is being provided to bring improvement in infrastructure of Sanskrit schools. A digital evaluation system has been introduced in order to bring transparency in examinations of Sansthan. Moreover, Sanskrit plays and dance-drama have been showcased to make Sanskrit popular among the common men.
Kunwar Shah also released annual academic calendar of schools affiliated to Sansthan on the occasion. Minister for School Education Kunwar Vijay Shah dedicated Mobile App ‘mpsos’ of Madhya Pradesh State Open School. It may be mentioned that all the processes are being made online from application form filling to marks sheet and migration certificate by the State Open School. Beside this evaluation work of answer sheets is also being carried out through on- screen computers and mouse. Examination results were declared on time through adoption of the modern technique.
